We begin on the ground by identifying and recognising a community, creating space for consented and dignified first contact, then guiding its formation into a local cooperative under local regulation.
A LandChange representative stays connected on the ground, with a nominated point of contact for ongoing communication.
Once a cooperative is formed, collective sourcing can coordinate orders while grant and funding pathway support assists with preparation and access.
