These Terms govern your use of the LandChange website and portal, operated by LANDCHANGE LTD (ABN 30 663 454 733), an Australian incorporated not-for-profit registered with the ACNC.
LandChange is an Australian community services centre. The services LandChange delivers directly to communities are bookkeeping, administration and cultural brokering. LandChange also refers communities to specialist Integrated Living coaches and consultants, who are engaged and paid separately. LandChange does not distribute foreign funds on behalf of others; it provides access to services and in-house credit only. Any funding, aid or services a partner issues to a community cooperative are a matter between that partner and the cooperative, issued directly to the cooperative’s formalised local account under local regulations; LandChange is not a party to that transaction.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Access to the portal is by invitation. If you have not been given a QR code or credentials, access is not available until arranged with us. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
The LandChange name and brand are owned by LANDCHANGE LTD. The platform, software, the “Integrated Living” program and all related intellectual property are owned by UNIFIC Sustainable Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 61 146 154 814) and licensed to LandChange. None of these may be used without permission.
A community’s own data and records remain the community’s property and may be accessed, corrected, exported or withdrawn. The profiles, analysis, reports and intellectual property created from an engagement, and the technology behind them, are owned by LandChange and/or UNIFIC Sustainable Solutions Pty Ltd.
Any in-house credit is for accessing LandChange services, carries no cash value, is not a financial product, and cannot be redeemed for money.
The site and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, LandChange is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
