The Registry records engagement.
It does not interpret agreements, mediate disputes, manage funds, or evaluate outcomes.
Its role is administrative and documentary.
LANDCHANGE LTD (ABN: 30 663 454 733) is an Australian incorporated entity, registered in 2022 and regulated by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
LANDCHANGE LTD operates the Landchange Registry.
The Registry:
• Does not fund activities
• Does not allocate capital
• Does not deliver programs
• Does not confer political status
• Does not transfer sovereignty
• Does not create legal recognition between parties
Participation is voluntary and governed by registry terms.
The operator maintains administrative neutrality.
Outside the mechanical function of the Registry, LANDCHANGE LTD retains its constitutional rights as an incorporated charitable entity, including the right to raise funds, receive grants and donations, and develop software infrastructure.
Such activities remain structurally separate from Registry mechanics.
Registry participation does not create entitlement to funding or program delivery.
